When you find an item you want to purchase, select the quantity required and click the “Add to Cart” button.
Once you’ve added something to your shopping cart, it remains in there unless you remove it by clicking the “remove” button, even if you hit the “back” button on your web browser.

To view the contents of your shopping cart in detail, hover over the white cart icon at the right top of the page.

Search for products using the Category filters on the left hand side of the website Search for products by Brand from the top menu.

An Order Confirmation is e-mailed to you shortly after payment is confirmed. Please check any e-mail spam folders as they can sometimes end up in there.

Leave the repeated order, it will be canceled automatically

Within New Zealand, shipping is free, orders are delivered by PBT Courier www.pbt.com
Orders can be placed 24/7 via our web store and will be dispatched the next business day provided the item is in stock and payment received as cleared funds.(Please note: Payment by Bank Transfer (Direct Credit) can often take 2-3 working days to clear.)
Our distribution centre is located in Palmerston North, and is closed on weekends and public holidays

If you have ordered an item that is out of stock or sold out, we will attempt to contact you during business hours and ask if you would like a substitute item.

Sorry, we do not ship orders to PO Box addresses or Courier Depots.

We do not ship internationally. We will only ship to addresses within New Zealand.

Yes, you can pick up from our Powerful4x4 644 Tremaine Avenue, Palmerston North, please bring the proof of purchase. We will get ready of your items in the next business day.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Debit Cards (with the Visa logo) and Direct Credit for all orders.
Payments made by Direct Credit (Bank Transfer) can often take between 2-3 working days to clear. But mostly at least every hour Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) throughout the day from 9:00am to midnight.
We do not accept International Credit Cards or Store/Finance Cards (I.e Q-Card, Finance Now etc).

Yes. Our payment provider is PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) certified using 128-bit SSL encryption for secure online transactions.

Powerful4x4 only collect, use and disclose customer’s personal information in accordance with the Privacy Principles outlined in the Privacy Act 1993 (NZ). We will not provide any of customer detail to the
third unauthorized party.

When a warranted fault has been recognized and accepted by us, shipping expenses will be covered by Powerful4x4, and the original shipping address will be used. We will arrange PBT Courier to collect the returning items from you.

If customer placed an incorrect order by mistake and changed his/her mind later, the customer has to pay the freight cost.

Replaced product or refund (including shipping) will be provided by Powerful4x4 where:

• The product is faulty or the quality is not acceptable; or
• The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
• The product does not match the sample or our descriptions; or
• The product was damaged during delivery; and
• The customer can provide proof of purchase with reference number/receipt/invoice No.

Exchanges will only be provided for purchased product of clean, in saleable condition. This means that returning product must be in its original packaging, including manuals and all accessories, and in its original condition. 

If an item has been damage in transit, please provide the photographs of the item/s and all packaging must be sent to [email protected] with 48 hours of the delivery date. 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us before placing a neutral or negative feedback. We will try our best to resolve the issue.
