Payments made by Direct Credit (Bank Transfer) can often take between 2-3 working days to clear. But mostly at least every hour Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) throughout the day from 9:00am to midnight.

When a warranted fault has been recognized and accepted by us, shipping expenses will be covered by Powerful4x4, and the original shipping address will be used. We will arrange PBT Courier to collect the returning items from you.
If customer placed an incorrect order by mistake and changed his/her mind later, the customer has to pay the freight cost.

Exchanges will only be provided for purchased product of clean, in saleable condition. This means that returning product must be in its original packaging, including manuals and all accessories, and in its original condition.
